The team behind the cult magazine Selvedge bring a curated collection of fifty merchants and makers to Bloomsbury. Our exhibitors sell a range of rare vintage fabrics, covetable haberdashery and skillfully handmade textile treasures. The fair offers the perfect opportunity to meet makers, catch up with old friends, and pick up that special something in preparation for the festive season.
A Grade 1 listed building, the Mary Ward House is a result of Passmore Edwards’ 19th century philanthropy. Mary Ward gave the inspirationbehind this centre for training, careand entertainment, designed forsociety’s less fortunate. Each room has its own ambience; the Dickens’ library especially, and the back staircase where the original mission statement is found.
