The Sustainable Food Story are BACK from a summer of festival frolicking to bring you an Autumn Sunday ‘crunch’ like no other. 

The last couple of months we have been around the block. Cooking with offal, testing micronutrients, chomping on future foods however have come right back to our roots, grain is the name of our game. 

So sit back with your steaming porridge and butter soaked sourdough; rummage through our old recipe books to gather foodie inspiration; join us for yoga, try your hand at fresh milling and explore the passion of our producers and friends.

The Skip Garden The Skip Garden is an urban garden with a twist where everything is grown in skips! Located in Kings Cross, The Skip Garden is the home of Global Generation - an environmental youth education charity - where local people both young and old can connect with the roots of their food.


A communal dining style dinner where you can chat nerdy food-ness to your neighbours; recipe scrapbook up in our chill out room and learn all about sustainability in food, fabrics and cosmetics; and explore our edible utopia Skip Garden and find secret delicious treasures for yourself...
