Delivery will be first class with UK Royal mail. Delivery charges will be £2.50 on most packages, but may be subject to change in the case of a substantial increase in the weight of the package. We will do everything we can to keep postage costs at a minimum.
We aim to process orders within a few days of your order but in busy times it could take up to one working week. Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following day.
In the event that you have confirmation of your purchase but we do not have your chosen product in stock we will be able to offer you a full refund.
If you wish to arrange shipment outside of the UK please contact email@example.com. We will then be able to provide you a specific quote and more information following this, Please include ‘SHIPPING' in the subject line.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really hope you are happy with PICO’s pants but in the case of there being a fault please do let us know.For hygiene reasons I am afraid we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of a faulty product.
If you have any queries about sizing please do have a look at our size chart and ask us any questions quoting “QUERY”.
In the event of faulty product please try and contact us within 48h of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘RETURN’. Please indicate your invoice number, a description of the faulty product & images attached. Please could you also indicate whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange and we will do everything we can to make it happen.
Please can you then return the faulty item in its original packaging and condition, having not worn or washed them.
Once we have received the returned product and had a good look over it we will then be able to notify you via email whether the return request has been accepted or not.
