DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

All orders placed before 12.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 12.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. We use Royal Mail for all small package orders.

UK 48 hr tracked: 3-4 working days, £4.50

Europe tracked: 5-10 working days, £12

Rest of world tracked, 5-10 working days, £15 - £30 (depending on weight)

For orders outside of the UK, including in the EU, you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the items - it will be your responsibility to pay these and the process may cause additional delay.


RETURNS

We really hope you are happy with your purchase from us but if you are not fully satisfied you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on knickers, briefs and trunks except in cases of a fault. We do not refund original or return postage costs.

If you wish to return an item(s), we ask that you get in touch with us via our e-mail, indicating your name, order number and item(s) you would like to return to,

and we will issue you with a returns address to our warehouse.


REFUND / EXCHANGE FAULTY GOODS

We are really sorry if you receive a product with a fault. If this is the case, please try and contact us within 48h of receiving the product at info@project-pico.com with the subject ‘RETURN’. Please indicate your invoice number, a description of the faulty product & images attached along with a note to say whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange. Once we have received the required information we will then be able to notify you via email whether the return request has been accepted or not and the next steps. In the case of a faulty product we will be able to refund you your original postage.
