Donating Underwear to Lesvos

Last month we were contacted by a volunteer from one of the refugee camps in Lesvos informing us of their shortage of underwear. In response we donated 35 pairs and in the run up to Christmas we shall be donating a pair of Pico pants for every pack of 5 sold.

This is in collaboration with Movement on the Ground which is a non-profit foundation responding to a humanitarian crisis affecting innocent men, women and children forced from their homes by climate change, poverty & war.  One of their many projects on the Island of Lesvos is the volunteer-run clothing store. This project helps to restore self-dignity and gives residents an opportunity to pick out clothes that they would like to wear and that is in their size.
