We’re Phoebe and Isobel, friends since school and founders of Pico. Since 2016, we’ve been creating essential, everyday goods with a clear and traceable origin.

Rooted in a shared love of making, fashion and farming, our work focuses on long-term relationships, regenerative fibre sourcing and thoughtful production, from field to finished garment.

MILA TEAM

We have been working with MILA factory in Tamil Nadu to produce all of our garments, since we started Pico in 2016. Working closely with Girish, the factory manager, and his wife, Indira, we have built a long-standing relationship with shared values for sustainable production and fair working practices

In 2023, MILA moved into their new purpose built, solar powered factory. You can read more about MILA here.

OUR WORK AND MISSION

Over the last few years we have been working on Research & Development projects, collaborating with partners in the UK & India to design and develop fully regenerative and biodegradeable underwear, considering the initial seeds & fibres all the way until how the final garment will return to the earth.
