Some of you may know, we had our main Instagram account (@pico.goods) deleted by Meta last year Having not got to the bottom of this, we redirected people to our previously dormant account @project.pico. We posted twice and this account was also permanently deleted. With over 16,000 followers across the two accounts, this is a huge blow for us.
As such a small business, we use this platform to reach out to customers, wholesalers, other small brands and a wider community. We were never able to retrieve our accounts - and we continue to try alternative and creative ways of communicating, alongside continuing with in-person events and our emails. We'd love to hear if you have any ideas too.
