RETURNS
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a refund or credit note within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please visit our , and enter your Order Number and Contact Information to initiate your return. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will receive confirmation that your return has been registered, and within 48hrs approval will be sent, along with shipping guidelines and further information. Please make sure you wait for the approval and instructions before sending your return.
We offer free returns within the UK. We provide a Royal Mail 48 returns label within your order. Before using, please log the return in our system and wait to receive approval and further instructions. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For International Returns we will provide a returns label the cost of which will be removed from your final refund. The cost of the label is the same as the shipping charge to your country.
Europe - £15.00
USA - £20.00
Rest of World - £30.00
International Returns also require a Return to Sender Commercial Invoice, which will be provided, along with the Returns Label, when your return is approved. Please do not send your return back without receiving these items.
Once received your return will be processed by our warehouse team, and within 48hrs, if applicable, your refund or credit note will be issued.
All refunds exclude all shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
