A note on Christmas deliveries and postal strikes

Firstly a huge thank you for everyone supporting us. We are a very small business and each order makes a big difference.

Also a big thank you to Haul and Store (who process and send out all Pico orders) who have been navigating all the strikes. They support lots of small businesses and are working so hard to get everything out to everyone in time. Due to the strikes your order may be delayed getting to you.

We advise you all make your orders as early as possible as there is more strikes happening in December. We have now made all our post RM24 instead of RM48 and we have made DPD Next day available as an additional option.

Haul and Store have been informed by the parcel carriers that these are the best deadline dates:

RM 24 Tracked = Monday 19th December

DPD Next Day = Tuesday 20th December

If you are buying internationally orders will go out as normal but we cannot guarantee for Christmas.

There is also always the option of a gift card this Christmas - which is sent via email.
