An update from us during Coronavirus

*UPDATE - 23rd April 2020

Hello again from us both,

Thank you so much to all those who have ordered and supported us at this time. The majority of orders will now be sent once restrictions are lifted and we have access to our full stock. We really appreciate your patience.

We are also waiting on an order from the factory to be sent to us, but again they cannot do this until they can resume work and it safe to do so. There are some things which we are also waiting to go back into production which there are currently waiting lists for, and we can notify you as soon as we have them back in stock again. If you are able, please do continue to make orders with us. It really does make a huge difference to all those working across our supply chains that they will have work to return to.

While we are ourselves are working from home, we have a very limited supply of stock left, so if by chance we do have your order we will let you know, and get it to you on our reduced weekly delivery service.

Lots of gratitude & thanks!

Hello from us both,

We hope you are all staying safe and well.

We wanted to give an update on Pico during this unprecedented time.  We are still sending out orders but on a reduced service as we are limiting our post office trips to once a week.  We currently have access to a limited amount of stock, so if by chance we don’t have your full order, we will be in touch to let you know and can send it as soon as lockdown restrictions have been lifted.  Thank you so much to everyone who has ordered and been in touch over these last few weeks. We really appreciate your support and kindness.

We have been speaking to Girish at Mila, the fairtrade factory we work with in Tamil Nadu.  India is currently on a 3-week lockdown and as a result, the factory is closed. He is naturally concerned, especially about the potential drop in demand from the small businesses he works with internationally, including ourselves, and the impact that this will have on the future of the factory and the close-knit team it employs.    We have a video call with him tomorrow to discuss what we can do collectively to support each other during these uncertain times. We will keep you updated about this.

Our thoughts are very much with those who are not well or have loved ones affected by this crisis and to all the incredible people working so hard on the frontline.  This time of hardship is also showing such an inspiring strength of human kindness and community.

We are sending lots of light and love to all of you and your family and friends.

P.S. If you or someone close to you is working hard on the front line and would benefit from a token of appreciation (in the form of comfy pants!), please do get in touch, as we would be really pleased to offer a discount.
